Celebration Program Image Pictou 2023

The Pictou waterfront is set to come alive with over 50 events and performances between July 1st and September 17th in celebration of Pictou's 150th and the Ship Hector's 250th anniversaries.
27 Creighton Street, Pictou will be transformed into an exciting waterfront event site, with an 8,000 square foot, 300-seat, 'Caladh Marquee' stage as its centrepiece. Complementing the stage will be a vendor’s village, play structures, art installations, fire pits, public washrooms and a variety of seating options along the harbour’s edge. This exciting performance line up is a collaboration between the deCoste Performing Arts Centre, the Town of Pictou, the Hector Heritage Quay, the Pictou Lobster Carnival, and other community partners.
The Pictou 2023 event site was made possible through support from Build Nova Scotia, Province of Nova Scotia, Coastal Nova Scotia, Canadian Heritage, Town of Pictou deCoste Center and Rotor Mechanical Services.
