Calling on all fibre enthusiasts to Celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day (WWKIPDAY)! This June we will gather in celebration of the fibre arts at the Pictou Town Wharf.
Join natural dyer Andrea for this knit-in-public event on the waterfront! Bring water, a chair, a snack, a sunhat and sun lotion, and of course a current WIP (or two!).
There will be GAMES and PRIZES. To participate in the fun, please bring scrap yarn and spare needles.
This is an inclusive event for all fibre lovers, regardless of age or gender. Whether you knit, crochet, spin or hook, everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate.

This is a chance to meet and connect with other yarnies and rejoice in the knitting community. On this internationally recognized day, let's come together and enjoy each other's company!
